Dronadula Bharath, S/o Venkata Narsaiah and another.

..... Petitioners And:

The Nandigama Municipality, Nandigama, reptd by its Commissioner and another.

.....Respondents Counsel for the Petitioners: Mr. R.Satish Babu Counsel for Respondent No.2: GP for Municipal Admn. (TS) The Court made the following:

ORDER:

The petitioners, who are admittedly carrying on business in the shops constructed in the stilt portion of Sri Sai Durga Residency, Ramalingeshwar Nagar, Nandigama, Krishna District, which were directed to be removed by this Court by order, dated 14.12.2015, in Writ Petition No.38934 of 2015, within six weeks which expires by 31.01.2016, filed this Writ Petition praying for reasonable time for vacating the said shops.

Though this Court is not favourably inclined for granting time, Mr. R.Satish Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that since his clients were unable to

secure alternative accommodation, some reasonable time may be granted to them to shift the goods in trade kept in the shops.

Considering this request, the petitioners are granted two weeks' time from today and respondent No.1 is permitted to file an application in Writ Petition No.38934 of 2015 for extension of time stipulated in order, dated 14.12.2015, in order to avoid conflict between the said order and the present order. On the expiry of two weeks, the petitioners shall vacate the shops in their occupation without any demur, failing which, respondent No.1 shall evict them and remove the structures as per the directions of this Court in order, dated 14.12.2015, in Writ Petition No.38934 of 2015.

Subject to the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3280 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
