HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42214 of 2018 ORDER :

Petitioners are aggrieved by the proceedings of 4th respondent/Tahsildar, dated 20.10.2018 issued in RCB/130/2018, ordering eviction of petitioners from their agricultural lands. Petitioners have not shown common cause of action for filing a single writ petition. When the same is pointed out, learned counsel for petitioners could not substantiate what is the common cause of action for filing single writ petition. Individual notices are issued to the writ petitioners in respect of different parcels of land. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions saying that the pattas issued to the petitioners are all bogus. In view of above, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter. Only on the ground of misjoinder of parties as a single writ petition is not maintainable without common cause of action, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to agitate their rights individually by availing appropriate remedies available under law.

With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
