O R D E R

The case of the petitioners in both the writ petitions is that they made representations dated 09.04.2018 and 24.04.2018 respectively, to the 2nd respondent - Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh Wakf Board, for deletion of the subject lands from the list of prohibited properties for registration under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. As the said representations were not considered and disposed of, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps and Sri E.V.N.Acharya, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent - Wakf Board. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the above representations stated to have been made by the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
