THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.NO.35719 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER (Per SKK,J) Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to produce his son 'Nakka Raju', aged 20 years, before the court.

The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 5, on advance notice, has informed this court that the son of the petitioner, named above, was arrested on 25.10.2017 in FIR.No.176 of 2017 on the file of Police Station, Narsapuram, West Godavari District and he is produced before the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapuram, West Godavari District.

In view of the above, there is no necessity to issue further directions in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
