CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.35134 of 2017 27.02.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed assailing the legality of the detention order, vide proceedings in C.S.B.No.01/PD/S3/2017, dated 27.02.2017, passed by respondent No.2. The period of detention fixed as one year under G.O.Rt.No.825, General Administration (Law & Order) Department, dated 13.04.2017, having expired on 27.02.2018, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 3.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.43653 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
