Sri B. Madhusudana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the Civil Court for obtaining appropriate. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court and obtain appropriate orders.
