No.38234 OF 2017 ORDER: (oral) (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction, thereby directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband by name Giddnna, S/o Anjaneyulu, aged 40 years, before this Court.

2. Heard both parties.

3. In view of the additional counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.6 pursuant to order dated 21.11.2017, we are of the considered opinion that no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. While closing the petition, we hereby grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the appropriate forum.

There shall be no order as to costs.
