THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.34998 of 2017 ORDER: (oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to produce her husband namely Sandyapogu Ramudu @ Adam s/o Buddanna aged about 55 years r/o Military Colony, Yemmiganur Town, Kurnool District before this Court. 2) Respondent No.1 filed additional counter wherein he stated that during the course of enquiry and on verification of the records, it came to light that Accused No.2-the alleged detenu was arrested on 02.11.2017 pursuant to the confessional statement of Accused No.1 in Cr.No.403 of 2017 under Sections 420, 489B r/w 34 IPC dated 19.10.2017. 3) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no directions are need to be passed in this writ petition.

4) The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
