KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 35073 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to produce the detenu - Nookala Sambasiva Rao before this Court and set him liberty thereafter. Pursuant to order, dated 24.10.2017, counsel for the respondents submits that the alleged detenu was arrested in Crime No.166 of 2017 registered by Police Station, Jaggaipet for the offences punishable under Section 307, 323, 354, 188 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be passed in the present petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
