This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 27.4.2016 passed in I.A. No.1287 of 2015 in S.R.O.P. No.296 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Khammam.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of S.R.O.P.No.296 of 2011 on 07.6.2018. In view of the disposal of the main O.P., the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
