KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 36407 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the 4th respondent to produce Giddangi Koteswaraiah @ Koti, S/ o.Eswaraiah before this Hon'ble Court and he may be ordered to be released forthwith after declaring his detention as illegal and unconstitutional and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the alleged detenu has been arrested on 03.11.2017 in Crime No.58 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 307, 353 of IPC and under A.P. Forest Act of 1967, by the Police, S.R.Puram Police Station and remanded to judicial custody.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be passed in the present case.
