HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41827 of 2018 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application on 17-08-2018 before the 2nd respondent for conversion of agricultural land in an extent of Ac.3-38 guntas in Sy.No.5/25 situated at Peddanapally Village into nonagricultural purpose. In pursuance to the same, the 3rd respondent submitted report on 23-08-2018. Inspite of the same, the 2nd respondent is not disposing of his application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner by taking into account the report submitted by the 3rd respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
