KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 35520 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondents to produce Sri M.Adinarayana, S/o. M.Narayana, R/o.

Uppalapadu Village, Mudigubba Mandal, Anantapuram District before this Hon'ble Court forthwith and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Pursuant to the order, dated 25.10.2017, counsel for the respondents has informed this Court that the alleged detenu is arrested in Crime No.403 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 489B read with Section 34 IPC by Police, Pulivendula police station, YSR Kadapa District and the detenu is absconding since the date of registration of the crime. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be passed in the present petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
