THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.45587 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner 2.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the orders dt.18-11-2016 passed by the 2nd respondent placing the petitioner under suspension pending enquiry.

Though learned counsel for petitioner sought to contend that there is no prima facie case against petitioner, I am not inclined to go into the said issue at this stage since the petitioner has an opportunity to prove his innocence in the proposed domestic inquiry sought to be conducted by the 1st respondent.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the inquiry into the allegations leveled against petitioner within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations and principles of natural justice. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
