AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON No.34424 of 2017 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Ganduri Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly states that after the institution of this writ petition seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of the detenu by name Banka Ganesh, the husband of the petitioner, he was produced before the Magistrate concerned and remanded to judicial custody. Learned counsel would therefore state that he does not wish to press this writ petition. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
