Vadla Dadapeer, v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17547 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not taking action for protecting the interest of the notified Waqf properties of Chowsenvalli Darga, Darga Bazaar Street, Proddatur Town and Mandal, Y.S.R.District from the hands of respondent No.5, as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned Government Pleader objects to the representation made by the petitioner for protecting the said Waqf properties, stating that the said representation is vague and it does not give any particulars enabling the authorities to pass appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will make an appropriate representation, which may be directed to be considered.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances stated above, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation setting out all the facts in issue, in which event, the respondent authorities shall consider the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _____________________ JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR
