This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 07.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.615 of 2017 in O.S.No.112 of 2011 on the file of IV Additional District Court, Tirupati.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court with full details. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
