Rajeswar, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. On instructions, the appellant, who is personally present in the Court, has produced her Aadhaar Card No.7511 3686 5818 issued by the Government of India for identification. Original Aadhaar Card is seen and returned to the appellant and photocopy of the same is placed on record. Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as having been withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
