THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.690 OF 2017 ORDER:

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/ wife under Section 24 C.P.C., to transfer H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2017 on the file of the III Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, to the Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram or any other Court at Vizianagaram.

Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived at by the parties, H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2017 on the file of the III Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, is withdrawn and transferred to the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam. The learned III Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, shall transmit the record to the Family Court, Visakhapatnam, immediately. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Visakhapatnam, on 18.12.2017 without expecting any notices.

Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is partly allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
