HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5698 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition on merits and seeks liberty to the petitioner to raise an issue of jurisdiction before the Lokayuktha. He submits that if any such issue is raised, a direction may be issued to the Lokayuktha to decide the same before passing any order adverse to the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to raise an issue of jurisdiction before the Hon'ble Lokayuktha and we hope and trust that the Lokayuktha shall consider the same in proper perspective and at appropriate stage of the proceedings.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
