THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.18989 of 2016 ORDER:
When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of the Court the interim order, dated 13.07.2016, and submitted that the petitioner and the respondents 1 to 3 filed a joint memo, dated 04.09.2017, inter alia, stating that the Bank has considered the request made by the petitioner and that the Bank complied with the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court and that in that view of the matter, the petitioner has no grievance against the respondents and as such the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition.
In the joint memo, it is stated that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned standing counsel for United Bank of India appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 states no objection for dismissing the writ petition as not pressed.
Recording the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
