CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.13095 of 2016 Dt: 09.09.2016 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the Lok Adalat's award, dated 18-12-2015, passed by the Lok Adalat, Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, in OS.No.695 of 2008 pending before the XIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in so far as the present petitioner/D-3 is concerned as not binding and cancelled and consequently, set aside the award, dated 18-12-2015, being tainted with fraud misrepresentation with undue influence and also opposed to public policy in the interest of justice." After arguing the case, Mr.Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.Sharad Sanghi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail any other appropriate legal remedy. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.13095 of 2016 Dt: 09.09.2016 As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.16395 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
