Learned Standing Counsel for railways submits that on the representation made by the petitioner herein, the office of the Principle Chief Materials Manager, South Central Railway, Secunderabad, by letter dated 12.11.2018 had already taken a decision rejecting the request. In view of the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the same before appropriate forum. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
