Sri G.Srikanth, learned counsel representing Sri Ch.Siva Reddy, learned counsel, is present in Court and reiterates the same prayer.

The writ appeals are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
