THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP. Nos. 5567, 5586, 5587, 5590, 5622, 5634, 5635, 5636, 5637 and 5664 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:
Counsel for the respondent has placed on record separate orders passed on 01.08.2018 by the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, dismissing the suits O.S.Nos.83 to 92 of 2010 for default.

Though counsel for the petitioner was asked to verify this fact, it is stated that he is unwell and is not attending the Court.

However, since the certified copies of the Docket Orders passed by the said Court in all the above suits are produced by the respondent, these Civil Revision Petitions are all dismissed as infructuous since they arise out of the interim orders passed in each of the above suits. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in all these Revisions, shall stand closed.
