Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Joint Collector, in granting permission to the petitioners to run Mee Seva Service Centres, as per their applications, in SPSR Nellore District, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that considering identical issue, this court disposed of W.P.No.1419 of 2016 dated 20.01.2016 and following the same, another W.P.No.14240 of 2017 dated 28.04.2017 was disposed of, and that similar order may be passed in the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.01.2016 in W.P.No.1419 of 2016. Office is directed to annex copy of the said order along with the present writ petition. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
