THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD FCA.MP.NO.605 OF 2017 IN/AND FAMILY COURT APPEAL NO.407 OF 2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, arises out of the order dated 15-04-2015 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati in F.C.O.P.No.124 of 2011, decreeing the petition under Section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by the husband, seeking dissolution of the marriage. Aggrieved thereby, the wife came before this Court.

While so, F.C.A.M.P.No.605 of 2017 was filed by the appellant-wife supported by her affidavit, wherein she stated that at the instance of the elders on both sides, the parties to this appeal compromised their disputes and decided to live together amicably. The joint compromise memo dated 06-08-2017 signed by both the parties along with their respective counsel is placed on record. Both the parties are present in person before this Court and produced their Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. 3.

As both the parties are desirous of resuming their marital relationship, the appeal is allowed setting aside the order and decree dated 15-04-2015 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati in F.C.O.P.No.124 of 2011. The parties shall abide by and honour the terms of

compromise recorded in the joint compromise memo dated 06-08-2017. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
