Veeranki Anjaneyulu v. Veeranki Umamaheshwari
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3183 OF 2018 ORDER:
This revision arises out of order, dated 13.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2018 in Crl. Appeal No.284 of 2018 by the VI Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam.
2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at the stage of admission.
3.
This revision is filed by the petitioner-husband aggrieved by the interim maintenance awarded in Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.2284 of 2018, which is an interim order. First of all, the revision is not maintainable since it is an interlocutory order.
4.
Even on merits also, there are no grounds for entertaining this reason for the reason that the learned District and Sessions Judge has already reduced the interim maintenance at Rs.18,000/- per month to the 1st petitioner and Rs.4,000/- per month to each of the petitioners 2 and 3 respectively. Therefore, I do not see any error in the order passed by the appellate Court.
5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed at the stage of admission. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed. ________________________________ GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD, J DATED: 23-11-2018 Hsd
