CVNR, J & KVL, J WA.No.1556 of 2017 Dt: 25.10.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against ad interim order, dated 26.10.2016, in WPMP.No.44609 of 2016 in WP.No.36202 of 2016.

After arguing the case, Mr.A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, upon realising that the order questioned in this Writ Appeal is an ad interim order and that his clients have the remedy of filing a vacate stay application based on a recent judgment of the Supreme Court, he requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to his clients to avail the afore-mentioned remedy.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellants is accepted and the Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.2883 of 2017, filed by the appellants for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
