THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.7537 of 2002 & 27119 of 2003 COMMON ORDER :

Since the subject matter of the writ petitions is one and the same, both are heard together and disposed of by this common order.

Both the counsel submit that the subject matter of the writ petitions is covered by the judgment reported in Kakatiya Overseas, Hyderabad v. Union of India and others1. For the reasons alike, these writ petitions are also disposed of interms of the aforesaid order reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Railway Rates Tribunal, Chennai, by way of complaint as provided under Section 36 of the Railways Act, 1989 within eight (08) weeks. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken by the authorities. Thereafter, it is open for the respondents to take further action.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
