This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.425 of 2016 on the file of Suryapet Town Police Station, Suryapet, registered for the offences under Sections 363 and 498-A IPC.

Heard Sri Syed Lateef, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Cr.No.425 of 2016 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
