HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.1552 OF 2017 JUDGMENT (ORAL): (Per The Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) This Writ Appeal is against an order which has been passed by the learned single Judge following the earlier orders issued by the learned single Judge, affirmed by the Division Bench and confirmed by the Apex Court.

2. As of now, the order sought to be challenged has also been complied with.

3. For the aforesaid reasons, we do not see any ground to entertain this writ appeal.

4. Therefore, the Writ Appeal fails and is dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the Writ Appeal stand dismissed.
