THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14310 of 2016 ORDER:

Since the petitioner has a remedy to approach the Administrative Tribunal seeking suspension of the 5th respondent from service on the ground that the 5th respondent is continuing in service illegally, the Writ petition cannot be entertained. .

2. Granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Administrative Tribunal, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
