THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM TRANSFER C.M.P.No.691 of 2017
ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned counsel for the respondent.
This is a Transfer CMP filed in 2017 seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.267 of 2077. Both the learned counsel fairly submit that at this point of time, part of the evidence has been recorded before the Family Couft, at Secunderabad. As a matter of fact, on the last occasion, it was reported that the matter was posted "For Orders". Be that as it may, as on today, the trial has already commenced in the F.C.O.P., and transFerring the case would only cause further delay.
In that view of the matter, the transfer CMP is closed with a direction to the Family Court, at Secunderabad, to complete the trial and make endeavour to dispose of the F.C.O.P.No.267 of 2017 in accordance with law within a period of four months. No costs. Miscelianeous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
