THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5828 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 30.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.205 of 2016 in O.S.No.244 of 2010 on the file of the Court of X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a fresh application under Order XIV C.P.C. before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
