This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 07.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.1049 of 2017 in O.S.No.954 of 2017 on the file of XV Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur. 2.
At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the trial Court has not marked the documents filed by both parties. They further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of I.A.No.1049 of 2017 in O.S.No.954 of 2017 afresh, after giving an opportunity to both parties to file the documents.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that it is a fit case to set aside the impugned order and remand the matter to the trial Court. 5.
In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed, setting aside the order dated 07.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.1049 of 2017 in O.S.No.954 of 2017 on the file of XV Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur, and remanding the matter to the trial Court. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.1049 of 2017, after giving a reasonable opportunity to both parties to produce the documents, as expeditiously as possible,
preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
