THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14868 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioners have applied on 14.03.2012 to 4th respondent in Form 6A as prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed to them. Petitioner contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action on the said application.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the application of the petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
