Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri B.Narayana Reddy, Assistant Solicitor General for respondent No.1 and Sri D.Fernandes, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
In this writ petition, the petitioners contend that their representation dt.09.02.2016 made to respondent No.4 with regard to reconstitution of petitioner No.3 firm dealership is not being considered by respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that earlier also several representations were given to respondent No.4 in this regard but no action has been taken by respondent No.4.
Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 states that respondent No.4 will consider the petitioners' representation dt.09.02.2016 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.
In view of the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the petitioners' representation dt.09.02.2016 within one month
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
