In this writ petition, the petitioner assails the inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 4 in considering the representation dated 16-06-2016 of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the property in RS No.99, Ac.6-27 cents and RS No.100, Ac.6-58 cents totalling to Ac.12.84 cents situated at Nimmalagudem Village, Jangareddygudem Mandal, West Godavari District, as being illegal, arbitrary and for appropriate consequently orders.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the said agricultural lands having derived by way of partition deed dated 13-04-2016 executed by his family members.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation dated 16-06-2016 to the respondents for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands in his name, so as to enable him to obtain crop loan, but till today no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not made representation dated 16-06-2016 to the competent authority, as such, his representation for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands could not be considered.

In the circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh representation in proper form to the competent authority i.e. 4th respondent for the issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands in question, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such a representation being received, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
