Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy to pursue the implead petition filed in O.S.No.2868 of 2015 pending on the file of VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, subject to maintainability of the implead petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
