(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri C.V.R.Rudra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, the auction purchaser, would state that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the State Bank of Hyderabad, the respondent herein, received the balance sale consideration payable by his client and thereafter issued a sale certificate also. He would further submit that the cause in this writ petition with regard to the bank's refusal to receive the balance sale consideration no longer survives for consideration.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
