HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41863 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents are not considering his application dated 15-11-2017 for grant of succession in his favour for release of Maash under Atiyat Enquiry Act, 1952 and inspite of filing Form 6-A application and the same is pending.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
