The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/ defendants, aggrieved by the dismissal order dated 10.08.2017 in I.A.No.227 of 2017 in O.S.No.434 of 2016 passed by the learned XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, which was filed to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.434 of 2016.

Heard both sides.

While directing the learned Rent Controller, Secunderabad, to dispose of the application pending, pursuant to the order of this Court in C.R.P.No.2651 of 2012 dated 31.10.2014 stated filed by defendants 1 and 2 of the suit in 2016 as petitioners in I.A.No.10 of 2017 in R.C.No.64 of 2009, within four months from today and in the meantime there shall be only stay of pronouncement of judgment in O.S.No.434 of 2016. However, the trial shall go on including hearing of arguments, if any. The trial Court shall frame a specific issue as one of the issues on jurisdiction also for

deciding the suit lis, if not already framed such an issue on filing the written statement if any, within the statutory time or such other time being granted by the trial Court as the case may be.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
