This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 22.9.2017 passed in I.A.No.1229 of 2017 in O.S.No.388 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Srikakulam. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision, before the trial Court, so far as the validity or otherwise of Exs.B.14 to B.17 are concerned Permission is granted. 3.
