Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the third respondent in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016 seeking to enter to his land admeasuring Aco.24 cents in Survey No.306/ 2P/ 1, Ac.0.12 cents in Survey No.307/ 6/ P1, situated at Tiruchanoor Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, into the computer online record 1B Register, adangal in the concerned revenue records, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation dated 24.06.2016 made by the petitioner for updating online 1B Register.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no material is placed on record to show the ownership of the petitioner towards the land in dispute and as such the question of considering his representation does not arise. 6.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 24.06.2016 made by the petitioner seeking entries in online 1 B Register, if he is otherwise entitled to and pass orders in accordance with law, at the earliest. 7.
