Heard both sides.

It is the submission of the counsel for respondent that if at all the O.P.No.1520 of 2016 is to be transferred, it can be transferred to the Family Court at Eluru, rather than to the Senior Civil Judge at Eluru along with M.C.No.05 of 2017, pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bheemadolu and D.V.C.No.04 of 2017 also pending at the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bheemadolu to any Judicial First Class Magistrate at Eluru, so that it will be convenient to both parties to attend and take adjournments one day instead of attending different courts.

Having regard to the said submission by both sides, the FCOP No.1520 of 2016, pending on the file of the Additional Family Court Judge, Hyderabad is withdrawn and transferred to Judge, Family Court at Eluru, with a direction to try simultaneously M.C.No.05 of 2017, pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bheemadolu, since withdrawn and transferred to the said Judge, Family Court at Eluru, by giving one date for convenience of parties to attend in both matters and DVC.No.04 of 2017 pending on the file of JFcM beemadolu is also transferred to Princial Junior Civl
JudgeJFCM, Eluru. Needless to say, the Judge, Family Court, Eluru, shall not insist the personal appearance if representing through advocates unless personal appearance is required of the parties. Copy of this order be communicated to the courts concerned.

Accordingly, this transfer petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
