This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 11.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.693 of 2017 in O.S.No.39 of 2012 on the file of the XIV Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the trial Court decreed the suit on 19.09.2018. No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 24.09.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems, the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
