THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23243 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation.

With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not taking action against respondent No.4 in respect of illegal constructions made in Plot Nos.1 to 27 without obtaining any permission from respondents 2 and 3 in pursuance of representation dated 09.06.2016 as illegal and arbitrary and a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representation made by the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his representation, dated 09.06.2016 made to the 2nd respondent is not considered till date.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the representation dated 09.06.2016 made by the petitioner seeking to take action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
