HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO: 4 1 8 8 3 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not considering the representation dated 14/11/2018 submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection for implementing the judgment and decree, dated 18/9/2018 passed by the IV-Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B. Nagar in I.A.No. 5 of 2018 in O.S.No. 1471 of 2013, in respect of the property bearing survey No. 105 in an extent of Ac:17-02 guntas situated at Puppallaguda village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district and to declare the said action as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioner cannot seek the relief of police protection by invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as the said course of action in the considered opinion of this Court cannot be permitted when the petitioner is having alternative efficacious remedy to move appropriate application before the court below, which passed the
judgment and decree, for redressal of his grievance. It is open for the petitioner to move appropriate application before the court below and seek the relief accordingly.
4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
