This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.14 of 2010 of Karlapalem Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 297 and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 (1) (i), 3 (1) (iv) and 3

(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, against the petitioner/accused No.5.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of the Andhra Pradesh would submit that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer forwarded final report, 03.12.2015, to the Inspector General of Police, South Central Zone, Guntur Range, Guntur, referring the case as false, and leave is awaited from the Inspector General of Police.

3. In view of the final report, dated 03.12.2015, of the Investigating Officer, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
